It could, but the teams involved likely will still have the same questions, just who they may take will change.  My real question is do you think the Bears trade back (I do), and who makes the jump? Do Texans jump 1 spot to make sure they get the QB they want?  Or does somebody like the Colts make the bigger jump?  Best scenario for Bears IMO is trade down with Texans, then trade down again with another QB team (like Colts) and still get their Edge guy along with multiple picks.  Bears have approx 100 mill under cap to work with.  They should move big.

The fact they also got a proven WR in the deal and an additional this year, plus a first next year and a 2nd the year after.  Only 1 deal needed.
