I'm sorry I hurt your feelings about on3, but Hunter didn't get suspended bc of a sex tape. He got suspended bc of the allegations.

If the following is true, he may not get completely booted off the team. Several, who don’t really know on FB, saying he’s already been kicked off the team. I have no idea.

There is some bad language in the message that I posted a picture of. Obviously the Mods will please delete if they think it’s inappropriate.

The girlfriend posted revenge porn, thinks he cheated on her. Infantile behavior.

Somebody first states that what she did was release revenge porn and she could get in trouble.

Then she says that is what he gets for cheating and he F-ed around and found out.

Then the other person states she could get in legal trouble.

Then she says if that were true she would have been caught 2 weeks ago.

While the twitter account was up, there was some back and forth with the poster that this DM was fake and made up.

IDK if true, but just want to put that out there.  I did see that apparently the account was selling the pics/videos for $5 or $10.  It eventually got suspended.  Def some revenge porn going on back the twitter user, but I think it is unclear who the user was.  They were pretty coy in all responses as to whom they were and Jaquez had no idea who was posting it.

Unless this is being posted by the woman in the video, there still is risk to Hunter with respect to how the video got out.

Late to this drama but from what little I’ve read is the basic situation:

Jarquez and a girlfriend filmed consensual personal “interactions” 

She thought he cheated on him so posted the video to punish him/hurt his career?

If someone can correct me if I’m wrong it is appreciated. 
 

That said, while it seems “if” that is what happened he did nothing wrong other than making a questionable call on filming something that could potentially cost him money/embarrass him and perhaps his choice of a woman who is cool with posting revenge porn?

Thanks for the additional info. Was not aware of the tag teaming part. 
Also was not up to speed on the other player involved.

So, I have no idea what to think about any of this. If she wasn’t the one who actually posted this stuff then I feel terrible for her. I also hope that Jarquez and Wooden weren’t involved in anything sketchy..and perhaps they weren’t?

Not good news coming from a team that is bad and has a lot to prove. Hope nothing becomes of this, but it’s definitely not a good look.

IDK about kids these days, I'm not old but Zoomers are a bit different than my elder Millennial friends, but I just can't see the logic of the twitter account being the girl in the video.  Getting bent over a bed w/ a player behind you and filmed from behind or having a threesome where you've got a hand on your head blowing a guy while his buddy films/hits it from behind.....those just aren't videos I can see 99% of woman wanting publicly on the internet.  It does nothing for her.

I buy more into the twitter account being some jilted ex who somehow got these videos and wanted to embarrass the players/girl.  That makes more sense to me.  Now it just comes to how these videos were obtained by the twitter account.  Getting hacked is the best scenario.  Worst case is the group text is true & all parties weren't aware of it.  Worst worst case is the woman didn't know she was being filmed, but some ppl have claimed full length videos show she knew.

Feel like the twitter account 100% posted revenge porn and broke numerous laws.  They said as much in the tweets.  Pretty stupid by them.  Unfortunately it might not vindicate the players.

I think the best case outcome would be players broke no laws, but probably violated some Auburn/AD Code of Conducts and will get suspended for 3 games.  And honestly Hugh needs to set some standards.  College kids are gonna have sex, but stop being morons and filming it and showing it to other people.  That should be pretty clear.

I think it's how someone got the video to post it on twitter.  They weren't involved in the video, so how did they get it?  Who sent it to parties not involved or where they hacked?

That is the question that is important and will effect players.

I do think the twitter account 100% posted revenge porn and broke the law.  The participants of the video could be the victims, but still committed crimes recording or distributing the video to multiple ppl w/out consent
