New Pop Up Ads

@RunInRed these new pop-ups are pretty brutal.  I understand the need for ads to help pay for the site, but these top & bottom drop downs seem to have just started and rather brutal for a ui/ux perspective.

Not sure if you turned them on intentionally or have any control over them

Get a good browser with adblock built in or an extension. I use Brave on my mobile and I dont see ads for this site. It's glorious.

Some sites don't allow adblock, but for sites like this they do help pay some bills to keep the lights on so don't mind that much

If I need to, I'll donate more lol. I hate taking ad revenue from Red, but I hate the data collection methods of these ad companies too much to stop blocking them.

@RunInRed I would make it a perk to donors where ads are turned off.  Kind of like if you pay for Hulu or Peacock, the ads are off

Def covers up links and menus at the top/bottom of the page

i had that and it screwed me up so bad i had to delete all that mess off my puter. hell i could not see a lot of the stuff because of it.
