WarEagle_57 0
I was thinking about a dream room for watching AU games ect one day when I'm rich, er, maybe. Anyway, one of the things I thought of was putting down turf in the room with football lines and maybe even an endzone made to look like Auburn's. What do you think something like that would cost? I think turf is suposed to be pretty cheap compared to hardwood or decent carpet, but I don't know if you could get football stuff done to it, atleast not for a reasonable price. Other idea's for this room which will preferably be a basement include -Big screen tv or very nice projector (duh) -Nice big couch and a master Lazy Boy -Ping Pong and Pool table -fireman's poll -nerf bb court set up -wall painted orange and blue and my personal favorite, a bathroom located directly behind where the TV will sit, which will include a urinal on the wall facing the tv, with an eye level pull away panel so you never have to miss a second if you have to go. Yeah, I was bored, so sue me.
AURaptor 1,137
Don't forget the stadium seating. And for your bathroom idea, why not just have 1 way mirrors? Might even make the room look larger too.

WarTim 3,534
My lovelly Bride and I have already got our oldest Daughter through four years @ AU. Our youngest is now starting her Soph. year. Just wait 'till she finishes. My garage will be JH East Central. All will be invited for away games that I do not attend. Jaydubb will fianlly have a place to sleep when his wife kicks him to the curb. p.s. I would check with a GOOD carpet store. You may want to get green carpet instead of turf. It will be much more comfortable and should take the white paint well.
deepseas 0
You could really risk a nasty injury by putting down turf. You should pull up the carpet/hardwood. Place a 2-3" layer of topsoil (.99 a bag), then plant centepede grass ($22 should cover an entire room). Cost efective and can be done cheaply, imagine walking around barefoot and watching the game. Other than that you need to add some type of alcohol flowing device out of the wall.
