Just my 2 cents...

1. Gotta give big props to GT. They were well prepared, well coached, and had the advantage of a seasoned quaterback and a giant WR. GT had many weeks to prepare for this game and it showed. I think they will surprise some folks this year (They surprised us!)

2. Officiating? I thought there were some bad calls, but it wasn't the difference in the game. We were very much in the game until late in the 4th.

3. I thought our D looked pretty good. I usually discount what happens early in the game since we will always have initial adjustments to make. Unfortunately those early 10 points were the difference in the game. Our D played well enough for us to win the game against a tough team.

4. I loved the fact that Cox was able to catch GT offsides everytime and launch it downfield for the free play. We didn't make any, but you have to take advantage of those free plays and Brandon did just that. It seems like that's the 1st time I have ever seen AU do that consistently.

5. Brandon's interceptions cost us the game. You take those away and we win. When he was making plays I thought he looked fabulous. For a 1st time starter, I thought he showed a lot of poise and composure. I really think the mistakes he made can be corrected and BC will prove to be a great one.

6. Yes, it sucks to be 0-1, but we are still undefeated in the SEC!

7. I'm very optimistic. I think we have great talent and the potential to be a great team. We will correct all of these mistakes and will make the proper adjustments. A big war eagle to the team for a good effort against a tough team. There is a lot of football left to play

Good post, we just have to lower our sights a little. We will lose two or three but should be much improved by the middle of the season. We definitly have a weakness at RB. Need more size. Heres to 9-3 or maybe 10-2. I see good things from BC if we get the running game going. He was not suppose to have to WIN games for us, just operate the system.
