I think it's all dependent on how much Alabama has left morally. After a game like the one they had this week and the overall year they had, plus no CFP left on the horizon, I would think they quit. In that case, I think we win just bc we want it more. For the sake of positivity, I won't explain the other route

It’s impossible to predict scores in this game I find. I will say, due to the position of where Bama is, I think we have a good opportunity for an upset. I was less inclined to be in favor of a victory if Bama was in prime playoff position.

I’m not sure what team will show up. We’ve gotten much better on the penalty side of life and need to be disciplined. We’ve been our own worst enemy on drive killing penalties. Can our O stay crisp and play 4 quarters of FB ? Will we stop the 3 DL rushing plays giving the QB time to knit a sweater until a WR gets open ? I think the staff needs to be smart about getting the players legs back under them. Will need to balance staying crisp with getting more rest, especially on D. We owe bama and L given we gave them the last 3 wins at JH. War Eagle baby !

Actually depends which team shows up. The one against aTm and KY, we roll to a double digit victory. The one that showed up against Vandy, we get steamrolled. We can play well on the road and against teams with superior talent when we play smart and with an edge. I think we got the edge back and our defense is as good as Oklahoma

Unfortunately the CFP is still very much a real possibility for them. They are likely to be 13 or 14 this week and could slip in with some conference champ week losses.

Curious if any of Bama players pull out to get ready for NFL.

They played with an edge, just not for the whole game, but it came when we needed it.

We win a close one; if we pressure Milroe consistently and never let up.  Force him to act quickly...he makes mistakes...keep a spy on him so he doesn't get cheap runs.  And under no circumstance, implement the 2 man rush.

Certainly didn't expect the AP ranking they got this week, but I think it's a much different pitch to convince the team that you can backdoor in vs when you're sitting pretty in the top 7. And more than anything, a thorough ass kicking like what they experienced, that can be demoralizing by its own even without CFP being factored in. They looked like s*** against South Carolina following the Vandy game (a fairly good team, but still) and ultimately got outexecuted by a nothing Tennessee offense and a first year full time starter vs Tennessee the next week over. That's a team that could've had its entire season implode in one month.

Long story short, I would really need to see that the head coach has the ability to bring his boys back off the ledge. I have not seen a team that can handle adversity well. I can't say this Auburn team is exactly 2013-esque in that regard, but maybe once you get a taste of success, maybe you start a new trend. We're technically up right now and they're down

Piggy backing off of that, I think we gotta be in it early. If it's like a 13 point Bama lead in the early 2nd quarter, we're getting destroyed. We don't have a head coach/playcaller or QB I can trust to handle catastrophe. They gotta keep it a game for four quarters. I don't even think we necessarily have to lead, but it just can't be a 2 TD game and a clear passing script.

Bama is a big favorite despite their ugly loss to the Okies and Auburn's micro-squeaky-OT win against A&M. Since it is not being played in Jordan-Hare ----- splssssttttt, tiger splat!

Really hope I am wrong on this.

I don’t have a prediction yet but have to keep in mind they haven’t lost at home this season. . It’s really going to depend on which Milroe we get . Definitely will have to contain him. I am not sure if there is anyone in the secondary who can catch him . Angles and tackling need to be on point. Apparently Riddick doesnt play as many snap based on scheme. I think he needs more snaps . Especially as a spy
