I posted earlier that Jessica Braswell is putting on 3 2 hour riding clinics at our barn Saturday.   In preparing remarks to introduce her, I ran across this list of facts and amazing accomplishments:

She was born in Bham in 1987.

In both 2002 and 2004 she won championships as the best child rider.

In her freshman year at AU, 2006, she was selected to compete in every single meet.   That year was our first Overall National Championship.

In 2008 we also won the Natty in Hunt Seat.   Jessica rode Hunt Seat.

In the 12 years that Jessica was Hunt Seat coach at AU, she had 5 NCEA Riders of the Year, 9 SEC Riders of the year and 7 SEC Freshman Riders of the Year.   Also she had 61 All-Americans and 60 All-SEC riders.

In her first year as our Head Coach last year, she won the SEC.

This year we are currently ranked 1st.  In our 6 wins, we outscored the other teams 78-35.   In our one loss, the score was 9-11.

Pretty amazing at age 37.
