Thurs nite, ABC airs the movie, Pirates of the Carribean: Curse of the Black Pearl. . Entertaining enough movie, to be sure. Johnny Depp does a good job playing a pirate, Captain Jack Sparrow.

So, today I'm driving home from work, and I see the car in front of me has a bumper sticker. It reads I (heart) Captain Jack Sparrow. ( thankfully a chick was driving the car )

Now, I'm pretty sure that I've never seen this sort of bumper sticker before, and it took me a few seconds for that name to sink in. I first thought it was some reference to our troops/ the war effort/ etc...

Just struck me as odd, that's all.
