Tiger in Spain 0
finds the endzone and breaks Cindarella's glass slipper. It will be a very low scoring affair, but in the end: 13

Tigermike 3,840
For the most part, LSU played an error free game against AUBURN. For the first time this year they played the entire game instead of taking the first or second half off. Jamarkus Russell and the LSU RB's & WR's revert to their previous profile and turn the ball over for two quarters. That allows Bama to keep it close. During the one half that LSU is playing up to their capabilities they score 10 points. The question is can Bama somehow get 4 field goals over the course of the game? I had to pick LSU, simply based on how pathetic Bama's offense is playing now. If Bama can muster any type of offense, with their defense playing as good as they are, they should win. But for some reason, I don't expect the Bama O to produce enough points and keep the ball long enough to help the D. LSU wins a close one.
SouthLink02 8
Russell will struggle mightily against UA's D which is the deciding factor. I think UA's O showed it can score when it beat UF.

SouthLink02 8
We'll see...I think someone on UA's team will step up and get a TD or two for them, which could be enough. I think its doubtful either team wins this "easily"
wesfau 0
I think its doubtful either team wins this "easily" 195874 I was just trying to put my hex on LSU. I might even lay some money on the faux Tigers for additional security. My pick is akin to the Corso pick of death.

I think UA's O showed it can score when it beat UF. 195869 I sorta agree with slink....LSU had trouble moving the ball against our D and Bama's D is of the same caliber. I think Russell will struggle. Ringo will be running for his life.....if UT , Ole Miss, and MSU were able to put pressure on Ringo, what do you think the more talented LSU DL will do an injury battered bama OL, (Injury Excuse Alert! Injury Excuse Alert! Injury Excuse Alert!) If LSU O plays mistake free as it did against AU, LSU will pull out another close Defensive squeker!! OH, and better wrap up Skyler Green!! AUesquire 1
I'm like T-Mike above. LSU played their one mistake free game against AU. That will not be the case Saturday. Bama's D will be in JMark's grill all afternoon and force some mistakes. The other side of the coin is that UT and MSU were both in Brodie's kitchen all day and knocked him around pretty good. Now, with the loss of Closner, I look for more of the same. The big uglies on D for LSU stop the run well enough to keep Darby from taking over. I took LSU simply because of Bama's inability to score and I think it's going to be similar to the UT game with both offenses looking anemic. WAR EAGLE!!! 0
I think Alabama gets it done at home. The tigers have not played in an enviroment like the will this weekend. Alabama 20 LSU 13 I got one more thing to say about this weekend.... ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WarDlowe 39
This game is going to be ugly. Bama's O is pathetic, with the loss of Closner especially adding to an already weak O-line- Advantage LSU Jamarcus Russel is a good QB but has struggled when under pressure, because of UAT's good defense he will again be feeling a lot of pressure and I think will struggle some- Advantage UAT Syler Green has proven that be can bust one open and can be a bigtime playmaker. UAT had this with Prothro, but hasn't of yet had anyone step up to fill his shoes- Advantage LSU Depth- no question advantage LSU. The only way however that LSU can capitalize on this is to get the ball moving against UAT's strong D. This will be tough and I don't know if they can do it. If they can find a running game then they can wear down the UAT D and win. I said this would be an ugly game, and even though I have listed more advantages for LSU I have a feeling in my gut that UAT will pull this one out. They have won some very very ugly games this year and for no other reason than my gut: - 17 -

TruAubFan 0
is lot better team on both sides of the ball than and bammer could only score 3 points on them even with great (no Touchdown in last 2 game ) Darbie and the heisman trophy winner Brodie ( per Bamaham and Tuscalooser News). 24 Bammer

WarTim 3,532
uat's defense is good, not great. They simply haven't played anyone...yet. OlderWhiskey 997
has better athletes and more of them, and actually has an offense. has the superb defense and The Force, which caused to fumble twice inside the uat 10. wins 12-10 on a 56-yard Christiansen FG as time expires (against the wind). DKW 86 7,948
My heart says UAT, to win to give Auburn a shot at the SECCG. My head says is the shiznitz and just had a bad day Miles vs My heart says 13-10 My head says 23-10 THE deciding factor? LSU's Killer D-Line against a very banged up, under-achieving Bama O-line.
