Proud Tiger 4,261
Interesting article in the Ledger-Enquirer. Gundlach is getting in deeper and deeper. The bammers think this is funny that Congress may look into the Auburn situation. They are either can't read or are too dumb to see that Congress' interests lie in the tax exempt status of college athletics. If Congress should take any action all the major schools would suffer big time. www.ledger-enquirer.com/mld/ledgerenquirer/sports/colleges/auburn_university/15078364.htm

Tigermike 2,982
Yeah there is never a lack of congress men/women looking to get their face on TV. So will this mean congress wants to dictate to colleges and universities what to teach and how many can be in each class? Or will they ban independent study course work at all universities? Or they could establish another department within the dept of education to oversee independent study courses. They should need another $30 - $40 BILLION for that.
