Auburn owns the term War Eagle. Therefore we cannot use the term War Eagle Nation for numerous reasons. I would like for us to use AUNation in all areas. Hope we get there one day.

Just curious:

What about the three letters, WEN, is that protected also? ...and protected or not, would you prefer we avoid it too? But I suppose AUN is just as good.

For long term use I would prefer it to just be AUNation. You guys do not know the ugly letters I have received from :au: attorneys already.

It is a slow process. We were a lonmg time ago Wareaglenation.com We had to move to AUNation.net hosting WEN Forums. Long story here.
