AuburnTigers.com Unveils New Design; Auburn Athletics Partners With TeamFanShop

Auburn makes first major changes to website since joining forces with CSTV in 2005.

Aug. 9, 2007

AUBURN, Ala. - AuburnTigers.com, the official website of the Auburn Athletics Department, introduced a new design on Thursday and a new partnership for its on-line store. The new look offers cutting-edge graphic and design elements designed to enhance the viewing pleasure for Tiger fans, while also striving to make the site more user-friendly.

The new design also offers easier access to Auburn All-Access, an interactive broadband channel dedicated to live and on-demand Auburn sports and other athletics programming.

Auburn will continue to have its site operated by College Sports Television (CSTV). The changes made to the site Thursday mark the first major change in the look of the site since the affiliation with CSTV began in Sept. of 2005.

Also, in an effort to provide Tiger fans easier and

quicker access to more Auburn apparel and collectibles, Auburn Athletics has formed a partnership with TeamFanShop, a company that specializes in online stores that sell officially licensed products for collegiate and professional athletic teams.

"Increasing the quantity, quality and selection of Auburn merchandise and apparel is a major priority for us," said Mike Hales, Assistant Director of Marketing at Auburn. "This new agreement with TeamFanShop will dramatically change the landscape for our online availability of products and is an important component in expanding our brand awareness and serving our fan base."

Fans may access the all-new store by visiting www.AUFanShop.com beginning immediately, and links to the on-line store are available on AuburnTigers.com.

At any given time, there will be over 700 Auburn items available for purchase, including t-shirts, jackets, blankets, sweatshirts, kid's apparel and various other miscellaneous items with new products arriving daily.

"We're thrilled to add Auburn, to our growing list of school partners," said Brian Swallow, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TeamFanShop. "After extensive collaborations with officials from Auburn, we have a strong plan in place that will generate a significant increase in revenues over previous seasons."

TeamFanShop is headquartered in Jacksonville, Fla., and represents several NFL teams, including the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves as well as a growing number of college properties, including Florida, Arkansas, LSU, Mississippi State, Georgia and the Southeastern Conference.

Could have fooled me too. You never see Corso putting anything Auburn on during his Gameday Picks. I think he's picked Bama the last 5 years if I do remember correctly. I can't remember the last time he picked us except maybe against Buffalo or the Citadel

i bet that's pretty accurate on what his ankles look like though.

He did pick Auburn against Georgia in '04. He wore the Plainsman jacket. And I saw him wear the helmet another time - maybe for the Tennessee game in '04? He's picked us a few times, don't be too harsh on him.

Though, I didn't like it when he said we didn't do good enough in the SEC CG :puke:

AuburnTigers.com was exponentially better before CSTV ruined it.

I think that can be said for everything that CSTV has touched.
