I know this sounds weird. But I'm hoping that while Tropical Storm Dean doesn't strengthen into a full blown hurricane, it would be nice if it came ashore and moved into Central Alabama, dropping about 10 inches of rain on Birmingham.

with Belize being due south of Cozumel, you can pretty much forget that.. LOL. If I were you I'd prepare for a key west/ Bahamas trip. You going to be on the Carnival Fantasy?? We took that out of Port Canaveral to the Bahamas then out of New Orleans to cozumel last year. Nice ship...

Yes, we are going on the Fantasy. This will be our first cruise. Been looking forward to this for months. As long as I end up somewhere nice and tropical I'll be happy. Our cruise isn't until next weekend so Im not worried about being caught in the hurricane, just worried our destination wont be there by then.
