Unfortunately, John Vaughn was cut today by the Titans (to make room for Corey Simon). He gave Bironas (sp?) quite a challenge to be the place-kicker. Hopefully some other team can make some room for his leg.

Yeah, he was a long shot to make it, but he did so well, I think he'll get a shot with someone who needs a better kicker than what they have. Would have been cool to play for his hometown team though.

i am not sure of the falcons situation but didn't they pull in m. anderson last season. now he is gone and they replaced him with....?

How about the Bengals? Didn't their 1 and only place kicker get injured Monday night? I thought it was pretty bizarre that they only had one kicker and thus had to go for 2 every time they scored once he was out.
