Help me cope

This weekend's game against South Florida will be the first home game I've missed since 2003 vs. Ole Miss. Before that the last game missed was most of the 2000 season. It will be very odd watching Auburn on television live. Seeing that I'm out of town (Richmond) its not like I can just go tailgate on campus.

How should I spend my Sat night? Watch at home with a beer? Head to a bar? Or should I take a lot of drugs to convince myself I actually am at the game?

Rest assured that there are thousands of AU Alumni and Fans that will be watching on TV just like you. There will most likely be a game thread so you can comment on-line while you watch.

If you are in Richmond Va, I would go watch it with the local AU Club. The info on their website looks a bit dated, so I would contact someone and make sure its accurate.
