Treo - Palm Software - Help Needed

My employer recently moved everyone to desktops from laptops at our office. A handful of us got to keep the laptops at home for the purpose of working from home. The problem is I need to get my "Palm Desktop" information (contacts, calender, etc.) moved to the desktop at work. I have my laptop at home but I do most of my input at work.

How do I go about transferring this information?

Can you just install the software on your desktop at work and sync your Treo with it?

It treats it as a new devise when yo try to sync and I'm afraid it will erase everything.

If you still have access to the desktop, the information should be kept there as well as on the device. If you can back that file up on a cd or thumb drive, you will at least have a copy and can then try the sync on the new laptop.

I'll try my thumb drive and see if that works. Thanks!
