These are my favorites

1. Eleanor:67 GT500-Gone in 60 Seconds

2. The Lead Sled Rod 1949 Mercury-Gone in 60 Seconds

3. Mazda RX7-Fast and the Furious- the one Vin Diesel drove.

4. 1977 Pontiac Trans Ams- Smokey and the Bandit

5. Nissan 350Z -Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift- the black one that didn't have the ridiculous spoiler on the back....well it wasn't that ridiculous

1. 1977 Pontiac Trans Am with the big screaming chicken on the hood from Smokey and the Bandit

2. Milner's yellow '32 coupe from American Graffiti

3. '70 Chevell SS 454 "Melba Toast" and '70 Pontiac GTO Judge from Dazed and Confused

But the best was from a TV show. Grandpa's "Dragula" from the Munsters!

Bond's Aston Martin is sweet. Two of my other favorite "hollywood" cars are from tv shows, not movies: the original General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard, and Magnum's Ferrari from Magnum, P.I.

I forgot about the Ferrari from Magnum P.I. Nice car, very nice. Would make my top 10 TV Cars for sure. That wasn't a bad show as far TV shows went.

Done. That's my list. No others compare.

Agreed! The only car I thought of when I saw the thread title. Beautiful car, and it acted better than Nick Cage ever could.

The Bullitt Mustang is still my all time favorite car.

And every once in a while, a movie (Transformers and Father of the Bride come to mind) will use an Austin-Healey in it. Austin-Healey's rule.

The new Camaro in The Transformers. Besides the fact that it is a sharp looking car, it is also a robot!

  • The Bandit's Trans Am

  • 1970 Dodge Charger from "The Fast and the Furious"

  • 1967 Shelby GT500 from "Gone in 60 Seconds"

  • GTO from "XXX"

  • How can we forget Herbie the Lovebug?!

TV Shows:

  • KITT from Knight Rider
  • The Batmobile from the 60s show
  • Grand Torino from Starsky and Hutch
  • Ferrari from Magnum PI

The falcon you got me on. I knew better on the F-14. F16 is an Airforce plane. Now they use f-18 Hornets, don't know if they really have much use for the ole tomcats anymore.

Yeah, Tomcats were decommissioned a couple of years ago. The Pentagon recently had to ban selling them for spare parts because Iran still uses them and needs parts for them.

Nash Bridges Hemi-Cuda was a sweet looking ride.

And that sweet Mustang from Cherry 2000.

The F-14 role is being taken care of by the F18 and the new F35C. In twenty years we have gone from having our carriers support the F-4, F14, A-6, A-8, S-3 to consolidating to just F-35, F-18, and S-3. Much less expenditure for taxpayers, the F-14 was getting outrageously expensive to keep flying.
