I'm glad to hear this...I remember talk about him being so fast last year. I always wondered why he didn't get a chance to play seeing how our receivers were so often up and down with consistency of play.

Not sure but it's low 4.3's I think. Currently he is the fastest player on the team from what I've heard.

The amazing thing about James' turnaround has been the improvement in his hands. The knock on him in the past has been his alligator arms. Or, to quote some members of the coaching staff, "the ball was not his friend." He actually made some pretty acrobatic catches in the A-day game. Its great to see a guy step it up like he has. I really look forward to seeing the "new and improved" James Swinton this fall.
