autiger6 0 Posted June 8, 2008 Share Posted June 8, 2008 Since Bessemer Academy's Board decided to fire Coach Freeman after 4 State Titles it looks like Coach Jeff Smith is going to end up on the positive side of things. The BA Board didn't like Freeman getting kids outside the program because the kids were taking local kids playing time. Anyway this will do nothing but help Gaston and Heavens out by leaving. Hueytown was much improved last year although we lost a lot of talent. These kids will help feel the void no doubt. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
