Boy Ellis, you sure seem to be singing a different tune about Saban than when you first joined

And many others

Wonder why?

SL02, your feeble attempt at smack talking proves that you should have gone to school at a lesser Louisiana school over seeking to educate yourself at UGA. You see, I'm a reasonable man so let me explain to you the insight you obviously lack.

With regards to your 1st linked thread, here's what I said:

"No, but in 4 years under Saban - 2 SEC Championships and 1 BCS National Championship in comparison to 5 years under Tubberville and none of the above does in my book. And, if LSU doesn't have a blown coverage in the final seconds vs. Arkansas in '02, LSU is in the SEC Championship game again. Dominance, maybe...consistent competing for SEC Championships, definitely."

In case you didn't take Reading 101 at UGA, that's a comparison by me between Saban and Tubberville and how Saban has done more at LSU than Tubberville has done at Auburn.

In the 2nd thread that you linked, here's what I said:

"CTT 3-0 at home vs. Saban

CTT 0-2 at LSU vs. Saban

Hardly any advantage since the home team holds the edge, but...

CTT - 1 SEC Western Division title

Saban - 2 SEC Championships

1 BCS National Championship

CTT - 5-6 - 1999

9-3 - 2000

7-4 - 2001

9-4 - Captiol One Bowl Champions - 2002

8-5 - Music City Bowl Champions - 2003

3-0 - 2004

--------------------------

TOTAL: 41-22 in 5 years - 65.1% winning percentage

Saban - 8-4 - Peach Bowl Champions - 2000

10-3 - Sugar Bowl Champions, SEC Champions - 2001

8-5 - 2002

13-1 - Sugar Bowl Champions, SEC Champions,

BCS National Champions - 2003

2-1 - 2004

----------------------------

TOTAL: 41 - 14 in 4 years - 74.5% winning percentage

Hmmmm. CTT 1 year more at Auburn than Saban at LSU and the same number of wins. Saban 2 SEC Championships and 1 BCS National Championship in 4 years, CTT 0 SEC Championships and 0 National Championships in 5 years.

You're right! Auburn does get more bang for its buck."

Again, it's a comparison by me between Saban and Tubberville and how Saban has done more at LSU than Tubberville has done at Auburn.

Singing a different tune? Nah! I much happier with Miles than I am with Saban b/c Miles isn't a chronic liar, flirt, doesn't throw his players under the bus, a more people friendly person, etc.

Let's see, LSU under Miles:

2005 - 11-2 - SEC Runner Up, SEC Western Division Champions, Peach Bowl win over #9 Miami (40-3) - #5 final ranking

2006 - 11-2 - Sugar Bowl win over #11 Notre Dame (41-14) - #3 ranking

2007 - 12-2 - SEC Champions, BCS National Champions, BCS Title Game win over #1 Ohio State (38-24) - #1 ranking

2008 - 8-5 - Chick-Fil-A Bowl win over #14 Georgia Tech (38-3) - ranking yet to be determined

4 years - 42-11 (79% winning %) - 1 BCS National Championship, 1 SEC Championship, 2 SECCG appearances, 2 BCS Bowl wins and appearances

LSU under Saban

2000 - 8-4 - Peach Bowl win over #15 Georgia Tech - #22 final ranking

2001 - 10-3 - SEC Champions, Sugar Bowl win over #7 Illinois - #7 final ranking

2002 - 8-5 - Cotton Bowl loss to #9 Texas - unranked

2003 - 13-1 - SEC Champions, BCS National Champions, Sugar Bowl win over #1 Oklahoma - #1 final ranking

2004 - 9-3 - Capitol One Bowl loss to #11 Iowa - final ranking #16

5 years - 48-16 (75% winning %) - 1 BCS National Championship, 2 SEC Championships, 2 SECCG appearances, 2 BCS Bowl wins and appearances.

You do realize that LSU could go 6-5 next year and Miles will have an identical record to Saban during his tenure at LSU. However, the chances of LSU going 6-5, well, we both know that ain't going to happen since LSU went 8-5 after being forced to use a RS Frosh (3rd string) and True Frosh (4th string) QB to compete this year.

Any chance the cliff notes are available to that post?

Exactly, no response will suffice you asshat!

Props to UGA for their win at LSU this year but it seems what people term as LSU's Idiot Coach has done just as much, if not more than Saban at LSU (with Saban's so-called talent I might add)...

Miles has done more in 4 years than Richt has during his entire tenure at UGA. Congrats on the Pre-season No. 1 ranking by the way.

In fact, the only coach to best Miles in the SEC is Meyer (43-9), who has won 1 more game and lost 2 less games in that same stretch. Difference b/t Miles and Meyer is...

Miles has 1 BCS Title Game, 1 BCS Bowl Game and is 1-1 in SECCG

Meyer has 2 BCS Title Game, 0 BCS Bowl Games and is 2-0 in SECCG.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that LSU has the No. 1 recruiting class this year too. So much for Miles being an idiot or 2nd fiddle to Saban...or, cough, cough, Richt.

Thank you, i enjoyed it too.

It sure helped UGA's quest to maintain their pre-season No. 1 ranking.

Does anyone know when UGA will get their trophy for being pre-season No. 1? LMAO!

Nice.

But what the HELL is that thing chasing the Chinese people???

Ellis, why would you have posted the repost that SL02 posted. (a lot of posts) And Georgia is one of the best schools in the South...And finally, UGA is more popular than any school in Louisianna because you can't be eaten by Nutrea...

Is this from the original English? It looks like a translation of ancient Babylonian. Please write in English, and please use the proper grammar that I spent thousands of dollars ensuring you were taught. I don't care how much you can bench, Knothead.
