To be such a "successful" coach, it is surprising this many assistants leave. I do believe it is an indicator that he is very hard to work for and that the coaches do not buy into the "process". I also have a theory that players get tired about hearing about the process after a few years and that is why he is always moving after a few years. It didn't work at the Dolphins because these guys have heard and seen b.s for a long time and they never bought into it

If the lovefest between Bama and UT wasn't bitter enough cant wait till Thompson pulls some of this recruiting class with him up to Knoxville. Bama nation would flip if Trent Richardson followed him up there.
