Why would you take a job at Iowa State then bolt less then a month later for Ole Miss, yes I understand his wife if from Oxford just seem rude, coaching go figure

Price leaving so quickly seems rude to me too. However, the high temp in Ames, Iowa today is 9... brrr, don't know that I blame him.

Based on the offensive performance the last few years, none of the coaches on that side of the ball should have been retained. IMO, the issues we've had go beyond just the offensive coordinator. It was time for a house cleaning by either CTT or whoever replaced him.

As it turned out, CTT took care of it after all...

Price understands that he can be much more successful and valuable to Ole Miss than he will ever be to ISU. Recruiting is paramount and Nutt implicitly understands that. Price is a highly regarded recruiter by Mississippi HS coaches and my belief is that we will miss Price more than Gran due to his recruiting presence.

We still need to find a recruiting solution for the states of Florida and Mississippi and it is NOT something that will wait until next year.
