Yes, its been a good while. I do remember him being a Mod also. The banned part confuses me though.

Looking up his last set of posts (at least ones that were not deleted):

His last post was on March 1, 2008 in Politically speaking, referring to Obama.

His last post about football was on Feb 27, 2008 mocking some Alabama fan for using the word "Throwned."

Nothing looked bad. Maybe he banned himself?

If IIRC, both of these guys were banned mid year-ish...which, is why their nominations were accepted. However, if this is not correct, we probably should disaqualify them.

BTW - I forgot to mention, I plan on presenting prizes (TBD but will be announced by Friday) to the winners of the first two categories. The last one was meant more for fun.

Since I'm supportive of this new "transparency" in Government thing I will share my votes.

Best Poster: Otter, mainly because of his informative insights this year into the financial meltdown

Best Rival Poster:Southlink, because he is the only UGA fan I've ever seen who didn't have that Dillusional Georgia Our Place In Football History Syndrome. Plus I'd pull for al Quida before Bama.

Best Stirrer: Me, but here's why. I would have voted for Galen, but if you've been exiled, not eligable in my book. That knocks out two
