5-8 years down the line, BEMC will face the wrecking ball. Once a new home is found for the classrooms that make up 65% of BEMC on a daily basis, BEMC will make way for more parking (at least what it's being discussed).

Two questions:

1. How big will the new arena be (seating, classrooms, ect...)?

2. If coach Fortner can turn the girls around this fast, and seemingly into a real national contender, then what does that do to Jeff Lebo's job security? In my opinion, if the CNF can get the ladies contending for the NCAA then there is NO EXCUSE for a mens coach to not turn that around as well! I don't know how much harder it is in the boys world, but I do know that Pat Summit and the lady vols are the best overall womens b-ball team in the country and we beat them like they were in grade school! I don't see Lebo's teams faring very well, and I don't see a lot of enthusiasm. That new arena should help with recruiting, and I know that I would like to see the men do well!
