I have no idea how this guy sets his priorities, but let's look at what the "O" has done since taking office:

1) Closed Gitmo - As promised, he's made the decision to close Gitmo - about the only "upside" I see in this, is at least he's promised to do it. As much as it seems obama loves to play apologist to the world, this is nothing but a play to weaken our nation so the rest of the world will feel all warm and fuzzy. Does he have a plan for how to do it - no, does he know what to do with the people there - no. Usually, most decisions I make identify a problem, develop possible solutions, pick the best and make a decision. obama decided to speed things up and skip the middle two. Poor decision making.

2) Let's start lifting restriction on Federal funds to institutions that promote abortions. After all, as Pelosi says - it's good for the economy. Let me see if I get this right, war is bad, but killing unborn children is good.... not sure I follow the logic..

3) Makes his first public press interview on a Muslim channel, going on about his Muslim background (that was "off limits" and "taboo" while he was campaigning, right?) and how America has been dictating things for too long, and should do more "listening". Listen to this barrack - the Muslims in the Middle East don't "talk", there is no "dialogue" they respect power, and see an absence of power as weakness. It really is that simple. Israel has it all figured out, and that's why they still exist even though they are surrounded and outnumbered by these fanatics - they don't take any crap. In my opinion we haven't dictated enough. But nothing quite like weakening our nation in your first week in office. I'm sure we can all hold hands and sing Kum bah yah together. If I remember correctly these guys flew jets into our cities, right? Saddam and his Merry Men were the one's that continued to shoot at our planes patrolling the No Fly Zone, playing Shenanigans with the UN Weapons Inspectors, and doing all they could to act guilty while proclaiming innocence with regards to WMDs, right? Just making sure I didn't miss anything...

4) Implements mileage restrictions on auto manufacturers - What the heck is he thinking?!?!? Let me see if I got this one right - we are paying billions and billions of dollars just to keep these guys afloat, and now we're going to slam them with restrictions, force huge amounts of R&D, basically obsolete most of their product lines? Wow, that makes sense, let's bail them out then drive them under! If that's the case wouldn't it make more sense to let them go under and just turn the billions of dollars into tax breaks or something worthwhile?

5) He got his tax-dodging treasury chief in place. Nothing like the fox guarding the hen house, right? Let's put an alcoholic, pot head in charge of the ATF, and someone with absolutely no intel experience in charge of the CIA, uh-oh, wait a minute....

Although I obviously am not a big barrack fan, OK, not a fan at all, I will say I really hoped he would do well - our country needs it. Unlike the libs that would relish in our troop losses in Iraq to use as a tool against Bush, I put our nation first. Unfortunately, it seems my fears are coming to fruition - this guys has no idea what he's doing. It's gonna be a long 4 years, but it took Carter to get us Reagan, right? I just hope the damage he does isn't irreversible.

Beyond travesty was the over 3000 people killed on September 11. Travesty can also be equated to the thousands of Afgans who have been killed by these people. Travesty is the thousands of Iraqis killed by terror groups and Saddam.

Travesty is the notion that American citizens think that a judicial system in the United States that have sent countless numbers of it's own to prison only to have them released based on "new intel".....and still believe that people from the other side of the planet deserve better treatment than many people get here.
