any renderings available to see what it will actually look like once its completed?

I'm trying to find a drawing, but it is the same one that has been widely distributed on message boards. The invitation to bid is here:

Won't it just duplicate the north endzone expansion in the south endzone?

For the most part, yes. Roughly 8,500 upper-deck seats and 1,700 South Zone Club seats will be added. There will also be 36 skyboxes.

They need the expansion to accomodate all of the players children.

Hater...

Haters want to hate, lovers want to love. I dont even want, none of the above - I want to piss on you.

Okay...well, atleast your a Braves fan. We do have that suffering, lost feeling together during the MLB season.

Some one explain to me why the bammers are beating their chests on this one? What can you do in a 100k seat stadium that you can't do in a 85k seat stadium? Are recruits gonna say, "hey, I'm gonna go here b/c they have 15k more seats in their stadium?"

1.) $$

2.) More student seating.

3.) $$

4.) More noise (From both increased capacity and completed upper bowl).

5.) Brag about stadium size to anyone with 85,001 to 100,999 seats.

6.) $$

Hey, you forgot one:

7.) $$

Alabama has a waiting list for tickets about 10,000 people long. That seems like an easy business decision.

I hope the economy doesn't take a down turn. Shouldn't effect BAMA though, you guys did a good job raising all that money at Saben's first Spring Game.

Well you guys offer admission for free in hopes you might get someone to show up for the game. We can charge because we know people are coming and they want to support Alabama Football.

The typica bama mentality.

Yeah $5 is a lot for a family wanting to bring young kids to A-Day. why charge anything for A-Say for goodness sakes. Surely bama could afford to toss the fans a frebee.
