Folks, I had shoulder surgery this week so I have been out of it. Any word on Pilson from Greenville or Oku. I feel pretty sure Oku will sign with us. Not to sure about Pilson

Its a totally different thing to have your offer totally pulled and sign a LOI with a JUCO. Again, does anybody "in the know" know anything on this? You put way too much thought into things. Please give me a list of people who may be "in the know" so I can message them in the future. I was not aware that there was a rule that I can't discuss this on an open forum. How would pulling the scholarship of a guy who isn't going to qualify anyway somehow smearing AU? Alabama pulled Gerald West's offer because he was told he had to meet certain goals in the classroom and he showed no effort whatsoever to do that, and wasn't going to qualify at UA. It would be hypocritical of me to accept that, but then to turn around and "smear" AU for basically the same exact thing. I can see AU pulling the offer, and rightfully so. Do I think they pulled it 2 hours before his signing? No, not really. Seems a little far fetched to me, and I don't see how any program would operate that way. I was simply asking for other opinions.

On the Oku front, rumors are all over the place. I heard that the UT and Cuse boards are saying/thinking that he will sign with UT. I think the AU fans and students really made him feel at home when he was here so I feel we have a great shot with him, even after signing 4 RBs
