As I remember, DeMarco McNeal was quick for a guy shaped like a bowling ball, but he wouldn't fall into the "athlete" category.

I wouldn't be shocked to see AU go into Georgia next recruiting day

UGA can only sign like 15 at the most next year due to Richt's recruiting stupidity continuing with #'s and Richt likes to get a lot done early so I expect us to be near done early (not done but at least half class full or more early-on) thus we won't really be "in" on a lot of recruits in GA

Especially since a LOT of our current offers for 2010 are from OOS

I see 5 OL guys on that list. Seeing that we need like 4 next year at a minimum we better get to work.

OL is the hardest position to evaluate on film so I'd expect the majority of those offers to come after the camp circuit is over. I think the staff knows that OL is probably the #1 need in 2010. Just a total guess but I have a feeling we may try to hit Texas on the OL front seeing as how there doesn't appear to be a strong class of OL instate at all. Texas signed 4 OL this year and I know that they are signing something like 2 OL at most in this class (they already have a commit from one), both LSU and Oklahoma also signed 4 in this past class so I can see there being an opportunity to hit Texas for OL...especially with Grimes being a Texas native.

Although they may be bammer leans, I'd bet the farm that Chizik and his staff (i.e. Taylor, Luper, Roof, et al) give the bammers and others fits next year as opposed to this year. I think they'll mix it up pretty good with the Ole Pissers and Gators and Bulldogs as well. Next year should be a VERY interesting year indeed.
