Well here's a simple reply to this dumb idea. One, a Republican Governor serves all the people of his state, not just the Republicans. Two, the the Senate and House are responsible for this stimulas package, not the Governors. Three, I think some of the banks tried this and were told they must accept the money.

If you are a Republican Governor and disagree with the stimulas package....don't take the money, that will mean more for us socialist! But you and your children and grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great great great great great grandchildren will still have to pay.

Governor Sanford of South Carolina has already rejected it, but there's a provision in the bill that requires the state to adhere to an increase in welfare rolls. So.....Gov. Sanford may have to take money wether he wants to or not, which could ultimately set up a constitutional court battle.

This thing isn't going to be pretty, no matter who-what-when-where. A bill created in two weeks to "FIX" a problem started in the late 70's is doomed from the start. It just shows how irresponsible Obama and his administration are.
