Democrats turning down portions of stimulus

Gov. John Lynch (NH) and Gov. Phil Bredesen (TN) are leaning towards the same conclusion that Bobby Jindal (LA) and Mark Samford (SC) have come too......unemployment funds that the stimulus brings are filled with landmines and strings.
