Ray Lewis kind of looks like a tool. As much as I like him, how much of a market could a 13 year vet really think was out there for him?

I think KC is taking a gamble with Cassel.

The Giants certainly look like world-beaters on D. I'm afraid the Skins have gotten screwed by paying huge bucks to a player that is known to be lazy at times. Dan Snyder always screws up so that thought is hanging over this deal for me too.

I've read that the Titans may cut Young loose. For now it seems smart but what about long-term? Collins is almost 207 years old.

I still feel sorry for the 49ers.

Lewis is still going to get a 3-year, 24 mill offer, imo and that is fine for him, imo, at his age. I don't think he lost out that much.

KC is taking a gamble but LESS of a gamble than drafting Stafford or Sanchez OR sticking with Thigpen. Hell, it is a 2nd round pick....WELL WELL worth the gamble, imo.

49'ers are a deep mess. Isn't Issac Bruce their top target at WR? Really?

Cassell is a good QB but we will see how good he is behind the OL of KC. He put up some great numbers last year and really upped his stock. He will be the starter there.

Could not believe the Skins cut Jason Taylor. I know he was injured for a while last year but he still plays hard and gets in good shape. I guess they had to make room to pay out the big $$. His career is winding down though.

I hope Warner doesnt sign with the 9ers. He'll just go down with the ship.

Yeah, Collins is old, but Vince is obviously not the answer. They made a bet, and lost the house on that guy. I don't like to see anyone fail, but he's a total bust. All that money should keep him company though.

Agreed........ I hate to say it, but you're right! I've tried to keep positive about Young and hope that he would "grow up" into a fine NFL player. It hasn't and WON'T happen in my opinion. I've heard rumors of them trading him, and what they would get for him is very laughable. I would like to see them go after Jay Cutler, as I believe with the right team he can be a star. JMO.

I watched some of the pre-season games and was floored with how poor Matt threw the ball

Had nothing on it, lofted it way too much, and just didn't see any real power on the throw
