Dear IRS,

I am sorry to inform you that I will not be able to pay taxes owed April

15, but all is not lost.

I have paid these taxes: accounts receivable tax, building permit tax,

CDL tax, cigarette tax, corporate income tax, dog license tax, federal

income tax, unemployment tax, gasoline tax, hunting license tax, fishing

license tax, waterfowl stamp tax, inheritance tax, inventory tax, liquor

tax, luxury tax, Medicare tax, city, school and county property tax (up

33 percent last 4 years), real estate tax, social security tax, road

usage tax, toll road tax, state and city sales tax, recreational vehicle

tax, state franchise tax, state unemployment tax, telephone federal

excise tax, telephone federal state and local surcharge tax, telephone

minimum usage surcharge tax, telephone state and local tax, utility tax,

vehicle license registration tax, capitol gains tax, lease severance

tax, oil and gas assessment tax, Colorado property tax, Texas, Colorado,

Wyoming, Oklahoma and New Mexico sales tax, and many more that I can't

recall but I have run out of space and money.

When you do not receive my check April 15, just know that it is an

honest mistake. Please treat me the same way you treated Congressmen

Charles Rangel, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank and ex-Congressman Tom Daschle

and, of course, your boss Timothy Geithner. No penalties and no

interest.

P.S. I will make at least a partial payment as soon as I get my stimulus

check.

IRS reply:

Dear Mr. autigeremt,

You owe the money and we are coming after your ass. We have earmark checks to send out and we can't have people like you subverting short changing our agenda. We have had our eye on you for some time now.

You have previously been reported to the proper authorities by runninred, arnold, TX & several others whose names will be kept secret. Your continued posting of material that is not flattering of your loving President has been noted.

It would be in your best to pay up and shut up.

Signed.

Timothy Geithner

First off, Geithner ended up paying about $34,000 in back taxes and $8,700 in interest and Daschle also paid interest. I don't know much about Frank's issue nor Dodd so I can't speak about those situations.

Second, people have no penalties nor interest through settlements with the IRS every single business day.

Not sure why people think no penalties & no interest is something never done. I have settled numerous cases with neither against corporations and people who are as guilty as could be and roughly admit so at points through the case yet in the end don't pay either.

As for you thinking this is a joke, the IRS gets letters like this all the time where someone says they won't be paying their taxes on time and refuse to do this or that.....and make all sorts of demands....I just, I mean, why would you send the IRS that where you admit to breaking the law and doing so on purpose? This one woman claimed she wasn't going to pay her taxes on time and that she believed taxes were too high and because of that, she would pay on a schedule she deemed appropriate....then signed her name, address, and all other stuff.

Most Americans can't afford to fight the IRS, or they just pay whatever whenever they can get it to them. Most of the time, the IRS will garnish their wages WITH interest.

It's not a joke! It's a reality! Taxation in this country is beyond it's intended purpose from day one. It's turned into the the largest ponzi scheme known to man....and it's allowed.

Taxation is a big reason why we broke free from British rule, and it's going to define Obama's four year run.

I predict he will not be President beyond this term, and I predict he will get a lot of pressure from current, centrist Democrats.

Eh, "most" is pushing it.

Really depends on the situation
