Proud Tiger 4,261
I don't have a link but Norm Chow has left UCLA to become OC at Utah. Interesting move. He has now been OC at three Pac-? schools......USC, UCLA and now Utah.
tgr4lfe 220
WTH? Why would you leave UCLA to go to Utah for the same position? Why that guy hasn't taken a HC position is beyond understandable.
DixieDuck 0
Utah might be a dark horse in the Pac-12 South next year. My early bet though is Arizona State. Yeah, they were 6-6 but they lost 4 of those by a combined 7 points (including a 1 point loss AT Wisconsin) and return pretty much everybody. None the less, I was at Autzen when Utah last paid a visit. GREAT game. Would love to see a repeat in the inaugural Pac-12 CG next year

Duder 243
I'm not sold on Utah being a darkhorse next year. They were quite the paper tiger this year. They looked solid until TCU stomped them. Although, Pac-12 is a touch top heavy so who knows.

It's going to level out a little next year though. Oregon and Stanford will be just as good, possibly better. Cal will be much improved, as will Washington (Sarkasian has them headed in the right direction. They won't challenge for a division title in the North (The division is going to be decided on November 12th in Palo Alto when the Ducks and Cardinals clash) but playing them will be dangerous (especially for the Ducks in a rivalry game in Seattle.) As for the South, mark my words... Arizona State. They may have been 6-6 this year but like I said, they lost 4 of them by 7 combined points and were 1 PAT away from beating Wisconsin AT Wisconsin, they played us very tough as well. They also return everybody. Arizona will be good as usual too. USC, despite probation, keeps just racking in big recruits... we will see if Kiffin ever figures out how to use them. I may be a Duck fan but I honestly see the Pac-12 at the end of the season having a UO/ASU rematch as the inaugural title game and with no less then 3 Top 25 teams (Oregon, ASU, Stanford) but probably as many as 6 (USC, Arizona, Utah.) I'm going to say 5 (Sorry, Arizona.)
