Another nice read. This one from PM. Man, this Tuesday feels unusually good.

Has there ever been a better time for Auburn football? Consider what has happened the past two weeks.

It doesn’t get any bigger than eight days ago, when the Tigers won the national championship with a 22-19 win over Oregon.

Even before that, Gene Chizik and his staff snatched running back Brent Calloway, the state’s top prospect, away from Alabama. Calloway was the second in-state prospect in the past two recruiting cycles to abandon a commitment to Alabama and choose Auburn, joining defensive end Craig Sanders.

poor little uat. Those inbreds are holding out all hope and actually believe we are being investigated by every organization out there. This quote from Phillip Marshall is pretty much straight to the point. Sucks to be Thamel, Evans, Schad, and the uaters now.

They still insist that the NCAA is investigating Auburn. It isn’t. And neither is the FBI, the CIA, the KGB or Scotland Yard.

tough luck uat.

It is great to be an Auburn Tiger. The bammers have been beside themselves from the start of this year because it was supposed to be their year to repeat. From the opening game of the 2010 SEC season, the talk shifted from bammer to Auburn and Cam Newton. That grated on their nerves, but then their over hyped team started losing and then in the worst of all possible senarios, they spotted us 24 points on their home turf and we still beat them. No, it hasn't been a good year for the bammers and all they have to hold onto is the possbility that the NCAA will find something to hang Auburn, regardless of how remote the probibility. It is all they have. Although I did find it interesting that after they beat Michigan State in their bowl game, for several weeks they were pounding their chests as if they were the dominate team in the state. Then they had to sit down again and watch Auburn win the National Championship. What a bunch of poor loosers. Couldn't happen to a nicer group of people.
