Jordan-Hare Stadium was consistently the loudest venue in the SEC this season...

I have a buddy that is from my hometown and plays for Clemson. I saw him one day when he came home. He said he had never been in a stadium so loud before. And he said when they scored first, He thought would quiet down by it got louder. He said it was his favorite road game.

I've heard that it's even louder in the rain! I forget which game it was when there was a longish delay because of the rain and the crazy fans were screaming all through it. How can you not play hard for a crowd like that?

That was the West Virginia game last year. I was there and it was nuts! Great game!

Thanks for fixing my crummy memory. I saw it on TV and the announcers made a big deal over the fans' enthusiasm. It was indeed a great game. I would like to think it was Auburn's way of showing VT that there's more to fan support than "Enter Sandman." Except for Auburn's cheers, war cry, songs and band, I give VT the thumbs up for some fine fans and noise. That entrance of theirs (at their home games) is special.
