Call me blasphemous, but I never really thought Toomer's had the best lemonade. It is good, but I've had way better =)

Good picture though

I liked it the first time I had it, but it got old real quick. I don't like soggy sandwiches, or soggy fake nachos... Give me Jimmy John's

I agree. I don't care much for firehouse subs for that very reason.

I became a Jimmy john's fanatic though. 3am delivery? Now that's what I'm talking about.

+1

Jimmy John's was 94% responsible for my weight gain while at AU.

The other 6% was brand X pizza and Niffer's :big:

I went down to Montgomery a few summers ago to visit my aunt and uncle. A trip to Auburn and Toomers Drugs is a must whenever I visit. I still have the cup from that trip, best lemonade i have ever tried.

blasphemous. There is NO BETTER lemonade on earth. You are hereby instructed to turn in your auburn card and find a new team to follow. Seriously, I've got friends from other schools and even some friends out west that have come to auburn and they have all said that the lemonade at Toomers is the absolute best anywhere.

I'm not sure why I don't agree... I'll drink it, it is pretty good. Definitely in the upper tier of lemonades I've tried  But not the best

The crazy thing is I've been going to Auburn all of my life, went to school there and I think I may have had Toomer's Lemonade once. I don't have any explanion why either. I also haven't eaten a lot at Momma G's. I've probably eaten there more in the past few years than all others combined. Also I like Firehouse mainly because of their hot sauce selections.

I've only had Toomer's lemonade once, and that was after I graduated.

I ate a ton of Momma G's, worked there on and off for a few years. Nothing better than a free Momma's Love :big:

I love Firehouse subs. Jimmy John's is all bread.

Homemade, lemonade at fairs/theme parks, some restaurants I've eaten at that I can't really remember...

I also love Firehouse, they are warm but not super soggy like Momma G's. Jimmy John's might have a lot of bread, but it is super awesome bread =) Get the Gargantuan, there's plenty of meat and cheese and veggies on that. I think the standard subs are great though, perfect balance of bread and stuff. The Italian Night Club is the best, #9 iirc. Vito is pretty good too.

When it comes to JJ's, I always go with the Bootlegger Club or Hunter Club. The Vito is also tasty, but I'm really not huge on Italian sammiches. I've never had an issue with the bread because I love it. Better than Subway hands down.

I love Italian sandwiches. Likewise, the Italian at Firehouse amazing, just a little heavy for my liking. Can't eat much of it, but it's great!

I've never tried either of those that I can remember. I really need to expand my JJ's experience, I've only tried the three I've listed and maybe one or two others that I can't remember. They do have awesome bread though. That's really the whole reason I go there, to be honest.

Mamma G's Camel Rider is a great drunkwich. It will never touch an egg and bacon breakfast burrito with extra salsa and a sour cream from Tiger Time though. Memories

I think the salami and pepperoni of Italian subs is what gets to me. I don't get heartburn ever, but I always do with those type of sandwiches.

I suggest trying the two JJ's I mentioned.

Anyway, back to the picture.

I saw the poster right after it got put up Friday evening. It's some sort of thin plastic material that was applied with a heat gun. It sticks directly onto the building like a gigantic sticker. It definitely looks great in person.

Oh man, Tiger Time. Met a girl who worked there once. That was a fun 6 months or so!
