I believe he should also be charged for terrorism. I'm a Canadian, and I feel that those trees are part of American History. Not only did he poison the trees, but the soil and all landscaping in the area. All animals that live in the area are now in jeopardy, from the birds to squirrels. I'm so sad, for I dreamed of being able to roll Toomers, now I' might not ever get the chance. :(

130 years of community service for crimes committed at Auburn.

Clean the campus once weekly wearing a red shirt that says Big Al in white letters.

Visit a local elementary school and give a presentation about the consequences of actions once a week.

61 years of probation for crimes against the universe of UA alumni. Prohibited from visiting Tuscaloosa or wearing UA attire.

Not sure that spike80 falls under the category of this, but I hope that it does.

Having the option of "hanging", be it a joke or not, is really tasteless.

I agree. In all honesty I think I would put him in a orange and blue prison cell play the Auburn fight song every hour on the hour make him watch this years iron bowl over and over and over. Then feed him broccoli or as my 6 year old likes to call them "baby trees" for breakfast lunch and dinner. And since he dislikes toilet paper so much I'd make him wipe his A$$ with a rough rock till he got out of prison. :roflol:

Jail would be too good for this bammer. I say wait til the first home game, and then tie him to one of those dying oak trees. Let all of the AU nation drop by and say hello before and after the game. Folks should be encouraged to bring rotten fruit, eggs, mud, or their preferred human or animal waste.

And cameras, bring lots of cameras. Should provide hours of YouTube enjoyment.

The EPA will bring the charge of "Environmental Terrorism". Those people are crazy, which us usually a bad thing but in this case, it's good.

They will bring the big guns on this one. He'll do more than 10 years IMHO and I'm not totally ignorant of similar situations.

I'm a big believer that people should have done to them whatever crime they've committed. If you shoot somebody, you should be shot. He should be poisoned, end of story.

Put him in the stocks in front of the tree medievel style. Let Auburn fans throw stuff at him and taunt him for days.

Then fine him the max amount. The guy will be in "jail" for the rest of this life anyway. People are gonna know where he lives and he's gonna have a hard time going out in public unless he moves to Tuscaloosa. His public life will suck for a long time.

Put him in jail for 10 years. The only media he has access to for that whole time is constant replays of the 2010 Iron Bowl. He is eligible for parole when he can sing War Eagle all the way through without gagging.

I kinda hate the idea of him spending a lot of time in prison. I don't want my tax $ going to support this pos. Since he is an ex-law enforcement official (so I have read), these guys usually don't do too well or last too long in a prison environment. He needs to be put to work doing something creative for AU - planting trees/misc, picking up trash, cleaning stadium after games, etc. He needs to PAY for his crime. Also, every $ of his pension, social security, disability, and all his assets need to be paid to AU in restitution.

Chain him to the tree for at least a month!

A-ha! I see you want to reinstate "Death by Stoning" into the Alabama penal code. Great idea... :cheer:

I voted for "prison for 10 years", but I think that it should be more than 10 years. But, I'm not betting on that long.

i think the Austin Treaty guy got 9 years. Who knows now, laws are a bit different concerning chemicals since 9/11 and there is more than one Federal agency involved in this. Federal time is also a bit different than local. I think it's very possible for him to get a very harsh sentence. I can't wait to see where his atty wants to move his trial, can't imagine him wanting it in Alabama at all.

He should be forced to witness Auburn win 4-5 more national championships and run off a 10-win streak in the Iron Bowl, claiming the overall lead in that series, over the next decade!

...and watch Little Nicky high tail it out of town with the NCAA and the REC on his heels.

Or a I Spit on Your Grave moment.... toss something tasty in his eyes and let Nova take care of the rest. Execution by tree and eagle.... surely would be this guys greatest nightmare =P.

Weld a heavy orange & blue ball and chain around his neck and place him on a small uninhabited island in Lake Martin. If anyone tries to move him from the island or remove the collar, boom. <_<

While in prison, the only thing on the TV should be a replay of the 2010 Iron Bowl.

But don't get me started on why we even have TVs in prison.
