My point is that some people are not going to like you no matter who you are. There are tons of fans from other schools that don't like Auburn. Do you care? No of course you don't and you shouldn't. You can only control what you do and how you represent yourself. Other than that worry about pleasing God and let everyone else think what they want to think.

Sure I know a lot of other school's fans don't like Auburn. that's natural in even mild rivalries. But you must have been in Kansas with the Tim Man if you haven't seen so many bama fans proclaiming how much the rest of the country idolizes them.

I doubt that God cares about all this silly stuff but I pray every day that He will forgive me for not doing my best to please Him.

I'm sorry, I have really tried not to post much concerning this, because I know that you are hurting, and Bama fans are the last ones you want to hear from, but sometimes I just can't help it.

First of all, I have never seen any Bama fans kneel at the statue of Coach Bryant. I love the memory of Coach Bryant and what he meant/means to us, but I do not now or never have worshiped him. I believe that a lot of Auburn fans have strong Christian beliefs, and if that is true, you must know that you are not the only Christians in the world, and a good many could also be Bama fans. I worship no man, and no idols. I do not worship Coach Saban, he is our coach and I support him 100%, but I have also backed whoever has been our coach. I believe that is what you should do as a fan, I may not have liked everything that they do/did, but I just keep my feelings to myself about it.

How many schools are thinking that your championship is a fake, and that you cheated, and how they feel about Cam.. Auburn is hated just as much as Bama, and there's not a thing we can do about it.

You may from personal experience have heard some Bama fans laughing about the trees, but you have to know that is not the majority. Some people act like that just to get attention. The Bama friends that I have, feel really bad about this and wanted to do something to show that we do care....not because we are guilty of anything, but simply because we feel bad. I've read that some of you think that this is for good PR, and frankly it made my decision a lot easier. I made my donation(not pledge...actually gave money), and Auburn can accept it or throw it away, it's their choice. I know the spirit in which it was given, and that is all that I can do. Some Auburn fans will hate us and there is nothing that we can do about it, and it's because of what has happened in the past. I was not here, so I can only know and live how I feel, and not pay for the judgement of others. I always want to beat Auburn, and I want Auburn to lose every game.

I'm not going to deny those feelings, but I don't hate Auburn fans and certainly not the players. There is only one Auburn player that I have ever disliked, and I wouldn't do harm to him so I certainly wouldn't to innocent trees.

No, I don't know that it's not the majority. From what I've seen and read, it's a tiny fraction of those who feel as you claim.

I never made any such claim, nor was my remark about bama nut cases praying to Bryant in any way a comment on other fan bases having 'better' Christians. Only that many in T'loser were hypocrites, and likely phonies themselves.

Why don't other schools like us ? Because we won, and they didn't. That pisses them off. They like to talk smack, and claim we ' paid ' for Cam ? Sorry , the NCAA disagrees. So such jealousy and envy, while common place, isn't what we're talking about here. Bama fans literally try to destroy things other schools hold dear. I promise you that if I could fill the church house with people that loved God and wanted to make a difference for him and they were all AU fans, I would say War Eagle and wear Orange and Blue! That's how much I care about God in regards to my football team.
