And gets a standing ovation as he walks across the stage (H/T). THANK YOU Kodi, you became a true AU man before our eyes and inspired us all.

Kodi's biggest challenges are in the future.

If I could bet on how he faces those challenges, I would be ALL IN!

I follow Auburn Football for the occasional honor of witnessing a boy come of age and become a leader of honorable men.

Kodi was one of the few great ones I will ever have the privilege to follow. If he goes to law school, he has a standing offer from my firm!

Oh man, Congrats Kodi! I don't know why, but I'm getting chocked up about this! I love Kodi!!! He's just a true hero that many bandwagon fans don't have the respect for him that he deserves. I wish him the best of luck in anything he does!

WAR DAMN EAGLE KODI!!

I appreciate the way he handled the situation.

I applaud his success as he graduates.

I am also thankful that we will have a full complement of WRs on the field next season. We will need all of them.

Does anyone know why graduation was held outside this year? I talked to several people who went and they said it was miserable with the heat and many graduates left early or got in the shade until their name was about to be called.

It was voted on by the students that they wanted to move graduation to the field, when the school realized that they wouldn't have enough seating in the new arena for the event.

I wish we had walked the field instead of BEMC...

Congrats, Kodi.

WDE and thanks.

Congrats Kodi.

You've made Auburn very proud.

+1 to both of these. No finer an Auburn man has ever received the parchment. :AUBig:

They would've had to have 4 graduations in AU Arena to make it work. Everyone I know who walked told me how miserable it was being outside. A lot of them had their caps and gowns off because it was so miserable and left as soon as their names were called. I doubt they do it like that again.

Is there a reason why BEMC could not have been used as normally for graduation? If we are not going to use it anymore for large functions than lets tear it down already and put up a parking deck.

That's what I'm hoping for, but would it be another scholarship donor parking deck on gameday? I know the parking is definitely needed on campus for the students, faculty, etc., during the week, but it's also needed on gamedays for the non-donor crowd. And I mean for basketball and baseball as well as football.
