Why havent we offered this guy? he's 5'10'' 170lb WR that could play CB or WR and definitely a threat in the kick and punt return team.. which we could really use!!! runs a 4.45 forty and has a max bench of 225 and squat of 375.

Take a look at who all offered him! If the Ole Misses of the world don't offer you, that usually points to an underlying issue. Most likely grades.
