I have a few....

Do you feel that Lattimore could be telling his local folk lies about him definetly being an SC Lock, or him definetly being a AU lock. I have spoke to several SC folk who know Lattimore well and say he is headed there?

Secondly do you have any inside info on whether our current commits may get bumped in the rankings? like reed, coleman etc.

After signing a full recruiting class this season and 5 toward last year, we will probably be about 6 over in scholarships, so do you see us grey-shirting anybody and who or do you just think we lose about 6 kids through normal attrition (i.e. rs that graduated, transfers)?

What's the latest news on Vic Beasley?

I mentioned in another thread that there was a Scout article on him from Jan. 2 that talked about his play in the North/South allstar game and Clemson? And there was a Rivals article back in Dec. where he talked about AU! I can't read either though, nor do I care to! ST, whatcha got?

I'm still torn whether I REALLY want him at AU or not!? As far as his potential, I think, obviously, the sky's the limit! Plus, he's a legacy, which is great... but, I get the feeling that he may have an attitude or something!? He was the only one who wasn't impressed with the "bells and whistles" of Big Cat Weekend and he also had the turds WAY ahead of us at one point saying, "Auburn is definitely trying hard to get some good players, and they are doing some really good things there that I like. But Alabama is so much more about the competition and winning a national title. That's what I like." As if to say that we aren't "about" being competitive and winning a national title, or at least not as much as the turds? Don't know if I want someone with that type attitude on the team! Maybe he was just misinformed!? Maybe Dad should help him open his eyes!

1) In your opinion does the fact that Lattimore has two late OV planned for January(SC, Oregon) hurt our chances at landing him? Much like it did with David Oku and Bryce Brown visiting UT late in January?

2) Without looking through O?B glasses, Do we honestly have a shot at shot at Mike Thornton, and if not, is that a bad thing if we can land Whitticker and Jones?

What do you make of the whole recruiting process with LS?  It kind of seems like he has sent little hints about his leads to multiple schools just to make news.  Do you think he is just enjoying the national attention and making his recruitment more about fun?  And if so, do you think this is a good thing for recruiting and that more recruits should try to make the process more fun.  Just some a few interesting ideas possibly to think about.  Thanks.

Penn St. seems to be making a strong push for Lattimore.  If he say, signed with them tomorrow or in the near future, or even the day before NSD like he plans, would we pursue Seastrunk harder, or are those bridges burned?  

*For the record I hope we land Latt; but I hope even more that we land at least one of them.

Do you see CGM changing his offense to more of a QB option since Cam Newton can run and throw with two top RBs most likely coming to the plains?
