Actually, how hard will it be for Petrino and the Hogs to pull him away from Gus?  We most definitely have the early lead for Frazier right now.

With the number of QBs we have on scholarship and the interest Driskell and Frazier have in AU, I doubt we'll offer another QB.

We have been recruiting Frazier pretty hard but from what i understand he's a hog fan and loves arkansas.This kid is B/A and would be awesome to replace Newton or Rollison. look him up on youtube.

Both are elite, and I don't really know that much about Frazier (though I remember reading something about him a couple of months ago and hoping fervently that we get him), but the thing that stands out to me about Driskell is that he is and always has been an Auburn fan.

Plus they compare him to Tebow. I would never put that kind of expectation on a kid, but garnering those kinds of comparisons is impressive.

I think we get Driskell.  The main up-side to Frazier is that there are about 3 or 4 other players on his hs team that we're recruiting.....the main one being OT Brey Cook.

You forget that Petrino is not the king of Arkansas that crown rests on Malzahn's head! He always brings who he wants from Arky to wherever he is see Arky 06 and current Au recruiting class!

saaw a vid a while back on MD and how he has been mentoring Frazier on the recruiting process and how to handle it all. They are supposedly good friends. Then the Driskell kid is a stud and a known AU fan. It may turn into what we are going through this year with RBs. what a problem to have!

Does anyone know if the coaches have a preference between the two, or is it just pretty much a "first come, first served" situation? If so, I believe Driskell has said several times that he will, or would like to have a decision before his senior season begins. That could bode good for us.... Things are definitely LOOKING UP!!
