For me EFF silva.  He has made a mockery of the sport, I don't care how good he is.  You are only as good as your last performance in that sport if any.  That said...who the hell is this mouthy guy Chael Sonn-of a somthin...well, I honestly hope that this new guy knocks him out, but I doubt it very seriously.

THis is going to be a great show.  I don't care who wins the Sonnen/Silva fight.  I just want to see someone make Silva work.  His last title defenses sucked, because nobody has pushed him.

I refuse to make any predictions, because I'm almost always wrong.  I'll be pulling for Matt Hughes, Roy Nelson, Clay Guida, Thiago Alves (Sorry Fitch fans, but he bores me to tears).

Brock will eat Roy Nelson if Roy wins and Brock wins at 121

No doubt about that.  Brock might have his hands full with Cain, but I don't see anybody else challenging him until he fights Carwin again.  I'm sure you were sweating bullets when Shane was blasting him in the first round  .

I will not lie...i was holding my hands over my face, i was BEYONDm scared....i thought it was gunna be stopped any sec but thank god it wasnt, Brock said The reff (Josh Rosinfils) told both of them before the match he was gunna give them 3 chances to get out of trouble and Brock said he knew his 3rd chance was about up...I think Brock Will handle Cain easily because hes 230-240 pounds.

Chael may have the style that can beat Silva. It will take someone that can catch him and wrestle him,and pretty much control him on the ground, but I dont see it happening.Silva by 1st rd KO. JDS is a wrecking machine,he KO's Big Country in the 2nd,I like both of these fighters,BC may suprise us.If BC wins it will be on the ground.Matt Hughes is one of my all-time fav's,I think he will win by decision.

Everyone gives Anderson so much crap about his past few fights. I think it's Joe Silva's (the match-makers) fault more than it is Anderson's. His recent opponents (except Griffin) were timid and reluctant to engage with him. Many do not see this, but Silva is a counter-striker and is patient with his timing. He will wait for his opponent to show him an opening before he commits to any offensive assault. Now his last fight against Maia he acted like a bit of a head-case so I will not defend him there.

Yep,styles make fights and some of those guys he was fighting, were afraid to engage, that wasnt Silvas fault. He did kind of go nuts against Maia,it truly looked like he was having some kind of mental breakdown in the middle of the fight.Chael will come after him,but he will look to shoot early and often.I think Silva stuffs a few of them and KO'S him with a minute left in the first.

great fight! just wish sonnen had won

If you got to see it live,Im jealous

I kept up with it on a couple of blogs,it sounded like Sonnen took it to him.He has the style to beat Silva,he's vulnerable to wrestlers. If he would have had a little bit better sub-defense he would have pulled it off. Can you say 'rematch?'

I def. see a rematch. Sonnen dominated for 4 rounds. Silva was able to get the triangle choke locked in for the submission in round 5. Like I said before, great fight!
