AuburnGrad78 0
I guess Nick thinks he can control the NFL like he controls the Alabama beat writers and the athletic department. By kicking out the scouts, he thinks he can get the NFL to do something about agents. I think he'll be disappointed. I'm smelling an NFL "boyslap." auburn4ever 1,266
Wonder how those juniors and seniors feels about that. I mean no pro scout will be allowed to watch them before the season or during the week? this may back fire on the "short one".
aupops2 9
No, he's probably kicked them all the way to his back porch!! Everything the "wee one" does is calculated, with a purpose, I guarantee you. We worry about where he will go after Alabama? Heck, he'd fit right in with the political crowd in Washington; everything he does is about him first, everyone else second.

It's Michigan, after this season. Rich Rod is done, and they are going to come after wee man with so much money, he won't turn it down. That's the funny thing about these bammers, worshipping wee man, talking about him like he is bammer through and through. There will be no loyalty when he leaves. Funny thing is, in two years, bammer will be playing Michigan! Wonder if they'll still worship him then!

I was extremely disappointed in the questioning of satan, especially representatives of the Mobile Register. Every single reporter almost acted as if he would pimp slap them if they dare ask nickey any question that was not pre-approved hours prior. wellsheit 0
Alabama will give Saban a blank check to stay put. I don't see him going anywhere. Bama has alot of boosters that don't live in trailers. I guess I somewhat see him kicking the scouts out of practice, but I don't think it really gains him much of anything. You can't stop scouts from watching them play and you can't stop agents from doing what agents do.

He's pushing 60 yrs old, he's one of the best coaches in his profession, they pay him one of the top salaries in the country, he's in the most fertile recruiting area and coaches in the strongest conference in the country. WarEagle10 77
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=5454554 Is there something behind this ? Urban closed practice to everybody the other day, weeman couldn't stand all the attention it got so he had to do something. On PTI they were talking about how this shows further what a control freak he is. They said that's why he couldn't make it in the NFL. They dissed him up and down. It was quite comical! They say the right things in public, but I don't think he or his wife particularly like living in Tuscaloosa, AL. Plus, as slimy as we all think he is, even Nick Saban is better than the Alabama fanbase.
