Weekly Reader alters photo ...

Rumor on the streets is that former Lesion Field coke toter and Nobel Prize winning writer, Bobby Slumphries, now plies his trade for the internationally reknown "Weekly Reader" newspaper.  The same publication that named the tawd their 1978 National Champions.

According to sources close to the situation, Slumphries denies bribing his paper's photographer to alter a pic of currrent head coach Nick Saban.  Sports Editor Mike "Clappie" Dubose had no comment and simply stood across from Slumphries, pointing to his head and yelling "Thank!".

In the original photo of Saban riding his shetland pony to practice, there clearly were no scuff marks on the toes of his size 3 coaching shoes, indicating the obvious impossibility of  his actually being tall enough to reach the ground while riding.

In a second photo released to the public, scuff marks were obviously added to a doctored photo, grossly exagerrating the coach's restricted height.

(See - this is just another example of how far those cheating so-and-so's will go to prop up the losers.  They will do anything in their power to make bammer look good.  It's no doubt a conspiracy.)

Take a deep breath, put a clothespin over your nose, and navigate over to www.finebaum.com.  Skip down a couple of pages. There is a picture there with Paul Finebaum and Nick Saban, and by golly, it looks like PF is taller than NS.

Please no flames, I agree with you guys about Finebaum's show. I do read his column every week, that's all.

I think that one might leave a permanent mark on Coach Dinky's backside.
