SKIPPER 0
I recieved some interesting information the other day. I heard that at practice, Malzahn has been having Ladarius take reps with the recievers. He wants Ladarius in open space at H-back, rather than just short yardage stuff. As we all know, Ladarius carries his weight very well and is extremely athletic. Gus Malzahn is crazy enough to try this! You can call me crazy (cause that's what I said to the source that told me), but after thinking about it for a few days, this could work!...and be fun watching! your thoughts? Lynx34 0
My guess is that they're trying to get a very limited package down for him just so we can spring it on our opponents maybe once a game when they're least expecting it.
bigtiger95 0
Get him in space against small DBs. He could truck his way for 15yds!!
GoCrazyAuburn 0
he just got a nice shoutout on the Scott Van Pelt show. he and the 6'11 390 lb offensive lineman from ole miss were called physical freaks of the SEC to watch out for.

bzlivn 0
6' 11" looks alot better on defense. it's hard enough to view the field with 6' 6" guys.
kbrak59 0
thats a great idea! Get all that wieght moving as fast as you can and then plow over people that get in your way! if he starts to fall after the first contact he will still get 5 more yards! Gus for President! SIR ISAAC 58
No real surprises here. Gus thrives on mis-matches. Da Da on a DB is about as extreme as it gets. Da Da on an undersized OLB wouldn't be too bad either.
alexava 6,976
where is this dude from? i dont remember anyone that size during recruiting season. he should play 2 sports.
bootskii 268
It's going to be like when Ditka used to put "Refrigerator" Perry in for Walter Payton to just plow over the DL. Except I doubt Perry could do a flat footed back flip. This guy is special. I just hope we utilize his talents to the best of our ability.
Guest WarTiger
where is this dude from? i dont remember anyone that size during recruiting season. he should play 2 sports. Mississippi Delta Comm College according to this http://ca.sports.yahoo.com/ncaa/football/blog/dr_saturday/post/Terrell-Brown-may-be-the-largest-football-player?urn=ncaaf-262065 Dude is a giant. The size of Ole Miss' Oline recruits since Nutt got there is no joke. Everyone they have gotten has been huge. That dude is going to be a problem on feildgoals. Lynx34 0
Well, we have just seen ole Miss' FG block play. Bingo. If I were a coach, I'd give him a spot on the team for just that purpose. If he's good at other stuff, that's just gravy. That's a good weapon to have if you can, even only slightly more often than normal, keep 3 points off the board.
