Rivals Article on Bigelow

Sounds pretty promising. He does not sound tied down to his commitment to Washington or the idea of playing on the west coast. I'm not drinking too much koolaid yet because I understand how tough it is to pull a high school kid out of California, but I think the fact that he indicated genuine interest in A. developing an in depth relationship with the whole coaching staff and B. Visiting shows he's for real. Fingers are crossed for this guy. Come on down to Running Back U Deuce Bigelow.

Sweet! Maybe he will fall in love with the southern charm of the loveliest village on the plains. I am sure we have a shot when he gets on campus and sees what SEC football is all about and not that PAC 10 garbage. Any word on a date yet?

Yeah one of the first quotes is about how he knows the Auburn has great history of running backs and is part of the SEC (which he calls one of the best, if not the best, conferences)

Honestly, I hope we get this kid on campus and let him receive a game day experience in Auburn.  I watched his highlights about three times already and I pray to dear baby Jesus that we sign him along with Coe.  His speed is just redunkulous!!!  The scouting sites say his 40 is a 4.4 but he seems much faster than that.

I'll take a 4.4 all day long, but I agree that he and Coe in the same class would complement eachother very well.

Still working on his profile for you guys! Should have it by tonight! Hard to get anything done from PCB! ;) I'm hearing A LOT of REALLY good things for us right now though (not just w/ Bigelow)!

Okay guys, here is the feeling I get with Bigelow and correct me if I am wrong DJ.

I think Mr. Bigelow is a backup if we miss on Blakely/Hart or one of the two.  I know it is absurd saying someone as good as him is a backup plan, but that is the way I see it.

I think he may be moving himself up because of the indecision of Blakely and Hart. Hence Hart visiting us instead of Mich. We have seen our coaches find talent and whoever commits they take it and move on to the next need. I love our coaches eye for talent.

I think Bigelow is tied with Blakely. Atleast ide like to think so. That speed and acceleration...man i just want that dude to be an Auburn Tiger! I want them all! But i wouldnt put Brendon Bigelow behind anybody, this guy is gonna do big things.

having Bigelow on the scene now may have put a little cat among the pigeons in terms of the other, existing RB prospects currently in the mix. It kind of sends the signal that AU will go after talent and talent that is reciprocating the interest back to AU.

True. SOMETHING positive will come out of Bigelow coming into the picture. I think we can all agree on that.

Okay, my thinking with Bigelow is the coaches turned it up on him to push Dee Hart or Mike Blakely to commit and if that doesn't work then we have a legit shot at Bigelow too.  So it is a very big win either way,
