Getting tickets on Gameday?

I have a question for those of you who are more knowledgeable about ticket buying.  Generally how good of a chance would I have of finding good ticket deals on Gameday in Auburn? Would I be just as good off buying them a bit earlier with a $5-$15 markup from the facevalue?

As a general rule of thumb you should always get tickets if you can find them for $5 or $10 over face value. That is of course for big OOC games, in conference games or sold out games in general. Games such as Tenn Chatt and La Monroe usually create a market that allows you to pick up a ticket on gameday for face value or less.

What about Arky State? It's a smaller team but it's the season opener. I've been told by several people I can get good tickets at the game but I'm a worrysome person and don't like waiting till last minute. I am still holding onto my faith in the AE guys here who have told me I'd be able to find some at or less than face value, so maybe we I can get some help at the tailgate. GA, I need your help!!!

Seriously though, if there is any doubt I will have to pay a fortune to get in last minute, lemme know so I can buy them online now. Can't you tell I'm a paranoid person??? lol

If I were you I would just pay the $65 online, only because you are a paranoid person. Myself? I would let it ride, you have a good chance at $50 a piece but there is a chance you have to pay $70 or $75 a piece. It is the season opener but it is not SEC.
