I really cant see us in the national championship but I gotta hand it to Herbie.  Hes got guts.  I like how he goes against the grain and throws out the names of different teams.  Most people pick the traditional top few for the national championship because thats the standard.  People are scared to be wrong so they just go with a team that has won in the past few years.  Cowards.  Theres a huge chance theyre gonna be wrong either way so why not be wrong and feel good about it instead of being a sellout and just going with the norm. 

I dont believe that anyone in the SEC will go undefeated this year.  I believe that the west will depend on the Iron Bowl.  Im scared to say we'll win the Iron Bowl only because I havent seen what kind of quality we have in terms of depth on D.  And im gonna go out on a limb here and say that Georgia upsets Florida in the regular season (im a believer in Grantham...he knows his stuff).  Georgia wins the East and we play them in Atlanta if we have enough gas in the tank when the Iron Bowl comes around.

I've always believed that we perform better when we're not on the radar. When I saw that last night, I was saying "Shhhhhhhhhh" to my TV. 

Glad we're getting the recognition though. We have the talent and the coaching. Just need a little bit of luck, and we could be in for something special...

Recognition when you haven't done anything means nothing.  September 9th we'll get a real glimpse of where we're at.  I might end up at that game.  If so I'll be the one orange shirt in a sea of cowbells.
