Any Terry Pratchett/Discworld fans here?

Anyone here read Terry Pratchett Discworld books?  Very amusing books.

I haven't read them, but a Terry Pratchett book is being made into a movie.  My roommate was from England and he works at a country club as a golf pro.  Sean Astin, from the Lord of the Rings triology, was over there filming that movie.  Not sure if, when, or if it has already been released.  I just recognized the name.

Note:  I went to Facebook to check.  He was filming the first two Terry Pratchett books back in Sept. 2007.  So, they should be out or out soon.

Yeah, they made "The Colour of Magic" and "The Light Fantastic" into a movie.  The first two books in the Discworld series.  I loved those books and have ordered the movie.  They also made "Hogfather" into a movie.

If you like things like "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy", you will love his books.  Totally irreverent and very funny.  "Hogfather" is a great read/movie for Xmas time.
